Norco takes pride in its ability to satisfy customers’ demands, whatever they may be. We have the capability to turn ideas into CAD designs and make patterns or ‘plugs’ by creating 5axis cnc patterns, MDF or plywood models. From these patterns we create a mould – the inverse of the finished product, which allows us to make the moulding or product. From the mould many identical products can be produced.

Techniques used in the production of your industrial GRP product could include hand-lay, vacuum bagging and resin infusion or RTM Light. Working with composites is a key part of our business. See the section About GRP Products for further information on some of these techniques.
