The Design Facility Our full design and drawing capabilities (CAD/Solid works) gives our customers the opportunity to view their project(s) from all aspects before the design is fixed. Material specification and full F.E. analysis can add even further dimensions to an already comprehensive package.
Pattern Making Facility From drawing boards to pattern shop floor and working closely with our design team, skilled pattern makers take the information from the drawings and transform it into a very accurate fully finished master pattern(s). Multi sectioned patterns are expertly divided to ensure a perfect match on final assembly of the moulded sections.
Manufacture Facilities If size and weight is a key factor in your project then we look forward to discussing it with you. Overhead gantries serve an extensive amount of our manufacturing floor space - so we can undertake the larger heavier projects most other companies are unable to accommodate.
