The challenge was to raised £2000 for Julia’s House Children’s Hospice by riding their organised 100-mile cycle event…
We did it! In fact, we smashed it by raising over £4000. The business covered all costs and sponsorship for each rider, while all participating employees raised additional sponsorship money for the good cause.
A massive well done to the 16 who took part in The Big Ride in September. They battled the torrential wind and rain to complete the 100-mile route throughout the Wiltshire countryside.
The finishers were then rewarded with a hog roast and glass of prosecco after being cheered across the finish line before drying off!
Julia’s House is a children’s hospice located locally in Corfe Mullen and cares for children with life-limiting conditions.
