NORCO Expands Capabilities with New Walk-In Freezer Room

NORCO has expanded its capabilities with a specialised walk-in freezer room at its Composites Centre, further enhancing the company’s ability to store pre-preg composite materials.

This investment is part of NORCO’s ongoing commitment to increasing capacity and maintaining the highest quality standards in composite manufacturing.

The new freezer room, installed by Cool-Tec, measures 12 metres in length, 6 metres in width, and 3.3 metres in height, and operates at a consistent temperature of -20°C. This dedicated space ensures optimal storage conditions for pre-preg materials, supporting NORCO’s continued delivery of precision-engineered composite structures for the defence and marine industries.
