Norco Hosts First Engineering Development Workshop at Battlelab

On Tuesday 18th June, Norco held its inaugural Engineering Development Workshop at Battlelab, located within Dorset Innovation Park.

This new initiative marks the beginning of a quarterly programme designed to strengthen collaboration across Norco’s engineering teams, support professional development, and drive innovation across our composite manufacturing projects.

Bringing together engineers from all sites, the workshop provided a platform to align on strategic direction, share progress from ongoing projects, and explore opportunities for growth. Key discussion points included:

• Norco’s future engineering strategy
• Site-specific engineering updates
• The development pipeline and planned improvements
• Open forum for knowledge sharing and collaboration

Held in the dynamic environment of Battlelab, the session reflected Norco’s ongoing investment in developing technical capability and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
