OUR APPRENTICESHIP PATHWAYS

We specialise in manufacturing composite structures, where you will gain hands-on experience in laminating, finishing, tooling, CNC and quality processes.

Our apprenticeships are delivered in partnership with local colleges and training providers, giving you the perfect balance of classroom learning and on-the-job training. This ensures you achieve recognised qualifications while building real-world experience at Norco.
