Working at Norco has been a constant learning experience, especially with the innovative projects we take on. My journey at Norco over the past ten years has been an exciting one. I started out working on traditional composites, but over time I’ve had the chance to tackle more advanced and complex projects. One of my proudest moments was working on an aerospace drone project with a wingspan as large as a 747. The challenge and satisfaction of seeing it come to life was unmatched.
