WHAT WE OFFER
At Norco, we support engineers from university through to their first professional role and beyond.
- Internships – Short-term, unpaid work experience (typically 1–10 weeks) for university students to gain hands-on insight into composites and manufacturing.
- Placements– A paid, year-long opportunity for undergraduates to apply their learning on real engineering projects and develop professional skills.
- Graduate Programme – A paid, structured pathway for recent graduates or those retraining, combining project ownership, mentoring, and professional development toward chartership.

Our structured programmes takes you through a progressive journey:
- Onboarding – Company induction, safety training, and site tours.
- Foundation – Learn composite manufacturing basics at Unit 43 and engineering office tasks.
- Intermediate – Explore CNC programming, CAD/CAM, 3D printing, and precision composites at Site D.
- Company Week – Rotate through core business departments (HR, Finance, Purchasing, Sales).
- Project Phase – Deliver your own engineering project, solving a real challenge at Norco.
- Continuous Learning – Attend customer meetings, industry events, and mentoring sessions.
- Pathway to Chartership – Build accredited experience and professional development that supports your journey toward engineering chartership.
